Jessica Solis, MD
Dr. Jessica Solis is a compassionate and community-oriented family medicine physician committed to whole-person care. Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she is proud to be the fifth family medicine physician in her family—a legacy that inspired her passion for primary care and lifelong health.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Brown University, where she developed a strong foundation in health equity and preventive care. She then pursued an MD/MBA at Texas Tech University, gaining a unique perspective on both patient care and healthcare systems. Dr. Solis completed her Family Medicine training at the Institute for Family Health’s Harlem Residency, where she served as Chief Resident, further honing her leadership and teaching skills in a vibrant, high-need community.
Her clinical interests include lifestyle medicine, helping patients use nutrition, movement, and behavioral change to prevent and manage chronic illness, and mental health, with a focus on integrated, accessible care for all.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Solis enjoys playing racquet sports like tennis and pickleball, and taking long walks with her dog, Mayhem.
She is excited to join the team at City Care and is looking forward to partnering with patients and families to support their health at every stage of life.
