Qualifications

  • Candidate should have outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, capable of handling heavy patients’ requests over the phone or in person.
  • Fluency in English is a MUST. Any 2nd Languages: Asian languages preferred (e.g.,Japanese,Tagalog,Burmese,Urdu,Hindi, etc.)
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Self-motivated
  • Long-term commitment
  • Must be available to work some Saturdays.
  • eClinicalWorks or other EMR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Billing/coding knowledge is preferred, but not required.

Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork.

  • You must be a team player, not a solo star. We all work together to make our patients happy.

Job advancement?

  • Yes. As you become familiar with your tasks, you may be involved in marketing, billing, employee management, etc.
  • If you successfully show your commitment to the company and your ability to lead a team, you may join our management team within a few years.

Schedule:

  • 5 days x 8 hours/ day
  • 8-hour shift, late shift ends at 7:30pm.
  • Work some Saturday
