Qualifications
- Candidate should have outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Must be detail oriented, capable of handling heavy patients’ requests over the phone or in person.
- Fluency in English is a MUST. Any 2nd Languages: Asian languages preferred (e.g.,Japanese,Tagalog,Burmese,Urdu,Hindi, etc.)
- Excellent work ethic
- Self-motivated
- Long-term commitment
- Must be available to work some Saturdays.
- eClinicalWorks or other EMR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Billing/coding knowledge is preferred, but not required.
Education Requirement: Bachelor Degree Teamwork, Teamwork, Teamwork.
- You must be a team player, not a solo star. We all work together to make our patients happy.
Job advancement?
- Yes. As you become familiar with your tasks, you may be involved in marketing, billing, employee management, etc.
- If you successfully show your commitment to the company and your ability to lead a team, you may join our management team within a few years.
Schedule:
- 5 days x 8 hours/ day
- 8-hour shift, late shift ends at 7:30pm.
- Work some Saturday
