Getting to know Harry:

“Ever since attending the University of Vermont, I have developed a real affinity for the small and wonderful state of Vermont. Most weeks through the winter you can find me at Stratton or Killington laying down turns and taking laps through the trees and the park. Outside of work, I usually play pickleball. I am a competitive player and genuinely enjoy both the physical and social aspects of the game, and I love meeting new friends on the courts. I often encourage my patients to find activities that are enjoyable and do not feel like exercise. Staying active can be challenging, whether because of time commitments or the gear involved, but discovering something fun and sustainable is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In my practice, I have a strong interest in sports medicine and enjoy helping athletes return to the activities they love.

A healthy and well-rounded diet is an important part of preventive care, and balance plays a major role. Rigid diets may work for some people, but allowing for flexibility can make room for culinary enjoyment. Outside of my usual activities, I appreciate good food and beverages. My current record for oysters eaten in one sitting is three dozen, a record I hope to beat soon. From street carts to Michelin-starred restaurants, you can often find me exploring the city in search of my next favorite meal.”
